It is a naturally produced mineral, carrying magnesium sulfate; it contains high levels of magnesium. You can use the Epsom Salt by diluting it in warm water and dipping your affected body part like your hands in the solution till the water is warm or you can take a whole body bath from a warm water tub by adding 2 cups of Epsom Salt, remaining submerged in that water for 15 minutes.

3. Lubrication With Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Another natural remedy for arthritis is Extra Virgin Olive Oil. By lubricating the oil on and around the paining joints, relieves you from pain and its true!

Extra Virgin Olive Oil works like aspirin that is a big pain reliever; it contains a compound named oleocanthal that reduces inflammatory enzymes COX-1 and COX-2. Take precaution that you use only “cold pressed” Extra Virgin Olive Oil, as heat reduces its impact on the painful joint. You can also use it internally, in cooking dishes from this wonderful oil, replacing the other fatty oil type with Extra Virgin Olive Oil instead.

4. Dandelion Leaves

Dandelion Leaves help in repairing damaged tissues, as they are very rich in vitamin A and C. The intake of Dandelion leaves helps the liver in clearing the toxins out of blood. As a natural remedy, Dandelion leaves can be used for their anti-inflammatory benefits, as containing linoleic acid, which is essential fatty acid needed by the body to make prostaglandin; it primarily controls immune responses and subdues inflammation. Use dandelion leaves in making salad or tea. Isn’t it a wonderful natural remedy to treat arthritis? It is!

5. White Willow Tea

White Willow Tea is just like aspirin, as it includes a leading ingredient named salicin, which changes to salicylic acid in the body; it matches with acetyl salicylic acid, the leading ingredient in aspirin. As the naturally available salicin is changed only after passing through the stomach, it causes less irritation or side effects. You can make tea from white willow leaves version of just about everything.
